The One Where You Meet Percy

Ladies and gents... I have been quite busy this week, both at work and just in normal life, so I haven't had time to recap my EPIC birthday weekend yet. However, I feel like you deserve at least some of the highlights until I can tell the full story.

Chocolate cake at Buca di Beppo. Holy moly.

Best. Birthday. Gift. Wrapping. Ever. And the presents themselves weren't too shabby.

Shelly brought me coffee and a hyacinth plant as a surprise at work! Love!

Ice cream at Farrells. Legitimately one of the weirdest places I've ever been. 

Then the party continued in Big Bear... oh, did it continue.

Amanda got me a PINATA!!!!! We named him Percy. He was full of mini liquor bottles, chocolate, and scratchers tickets. Best gift EVER.

Amanda laughed so hard she cried her makeup off while we were hitting Percy.

OBVIOUSLY I am not one of those girls who's like "oh no! My birthday! That means I'm getting older!" Rather, I like to celebrate my birthday as much as possible which is why I'm excited my mom's coming into town this weekend, so we can continue the celebration, and I'm going home to visit my family next weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday, my birthday, and my sister's birthday. Since we are all May babies. HOLLA. Don't worry. You'll learn more about Percy and why we used an immersion blender soon. I know the suspense will kill you in the meantime.
